A little over a week ago, I had the opportunity to take family pictures for none other than Rick Moore, the Payson City Mayor and his family. Can I just tell you how unbelievably nice and down to earth all of them are?! Also, he just built the fountain that you see in the background, which I think is pretty awesome!
