Madden is 1! And, he was such a fun, cute and busy boy. He was so much fun!! He is going to be a major heartbreaker with those big blue eyes! Here are some of my favorites.

One Year Old Portraits: Studio: Finn McBride

I am crazy over this handsome little guy. He was so sweet and cute and curious throughout the whole shoot. He was in awe of the lights and my camera (and the ball on the ground, the chicken, the chairs....). He made the cutest faces and was just a joy. Happy 1st Birthday, Finn! Here are some of my favorites from this morning.

Another one of our mini-shoot victims- adorable little girl has some of the most amazing eyes I've ever seen! It's amazing what you can accomplish in just a 20 minutes shoot, with a busy little girl! What i love most about doing toddlers is that you can capture their personality so easily. Instead of focusing on getting the "perfect picture", I strive to let the kids do their own thing and everyone ends up happy.

Ok.. this was by far the most AMAZING 1 year old shoot I've ever done! This kid was the cutest thing, and smiled in EVERY SINGLE PICTURE!!! I couldn't believe how cooperative he was and how many fantastic pictures we got! So hard to narrow it down, but here's a few. Isn't he adorable?!

These 2 kids were so adorable. I couldn't get enough of this beautiful little girl. Can you believe those eyes?! Loved doing this shoot, it was such a crack-up trying to get the perfect shots. Aaaaaaaaaand- our studio is freaking awesome. I love it!

Kid Photograhy: Orem Utah

I love taking pictures for Nate, let me tell you why!  Oh wait, why don't we let the pictures do the explaining??  This was a shoot for Nate, and his baby sister Natalie.  She turned 1 recently, and he turned 6!  

Let me explain the first picture... When I take Nate's picture, sometimes I tease him to get a great smile.  But he was smiling SO AWESOME when we started shooting.  Then, I found out why!! Click on the pic to see

HE WAS HIDING IT!!!!

After that, it was this...

 Then the muscles came out...

 Then it was a pain to take pictures (like ALL boys [and DADS])

 So, I distracted him a bit so we could get some more great smiles!

 This is Natalie, an amazing little girl with THE CUTEST smile!!

And her Momma... No wonder where all these kiddos get their eyes!
